I am a certified personal trainer from Houston, TX who earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. I have studied and taken classes in Physiology, Biomechanics, Nutrition, Health Behavior Change and many other fields. I am passionate about health and fitness, nutrition, and helping the human body preform at its best. I have trained with powerlifters, bodybuilders, marathon runners and triathletes. I am currently training for an ironman. I specialize in body and lifestyle transformations as well as fitness performance. I do this by building a program designed specifically tailored to help you achieve your goals. My mission is to help you achieve your goals and do it the right way, while educating you along the way. Focusing on transforming both the mind and body allows for a better chance at maintaining the progress you have made. I don’t want to simply write you a workout, but I want to be able to help you develop habits and a new lifestyle that will help you be the best version of yourself. I offer workout programs, meal plans, and additional guidance through the process.
